When will my order ship?

Due to complications regarding the COVID-19 virus orders may take 1-3 weeks to process and ship. If your order takes more than 3 weeks to ship you will be refunded 100% of your shipping cost. This policy begins 24 hours after your order is placed and processed.  For International shipping please allow an additional 7-21 business days. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day. All items are handmade so please allow at least 1 week before receiving a tracking number.

My order says delivered but I have not received it, what should I do?

USPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your local post office.

Shipping Address Issues

JP Vinyl and Designs is not responsible for any loss or damage of merchandise by way of customer nor is JP Vinyl and Designs held liable to accommodate size or address changes as all orders will be shipped with the information provided at time of order. JP Vinyl and Designs WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE  for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of order. During order fulfillment, we are NOT allowed to change the address once the order has been placed. Only the customer has the ability to change or alter any address. Please make sure that the following are all updated and correct for the addresses:

  • Address/PO BOX

  • Zip Code

  • City, State

  • Apartment Number (if applicable)
